- Around 200 calories
- At least 3 grams of fiber
- At least 5 grams of protein
- Less than 10 grams of sugar
I also like to point out the ingredient list when recommending nutrition bars. The examples below have a shorter list as many of the ingredients are made from whole foods. These are also healthful choices.
